For short term stays the discount for booking direct compared to booking with online travel agents such as booking.com or airbnb is between 5 and 10%.
For longer term stays we can sometimes give even larger discounts or throw in some extras.
We allow smoking in the designated outside smoking area of properties with access to outside spaces.
